This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Powder Pixel (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, processes, and protects information when users (“you”, “user”) access or use our Google Sheets add-on, Flow Manager (“Service”).

This Policy complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, as well as the Google Workspace Marketplace developer guidelines.

By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1) Personal Information

We may collect the following information for account management and subscription processing:

  • Email address
  • Payment information (collected and stored by third-party payment processors such as Stripe)

We do not directly store full payment information on our servers.

2) Non-Personal Information

To improve service quality and functionality, we may collect non-identifiable technical data such as:

  • Feature usage events
  • Browser/environment data and error logs

This information does not identify individual users.

3) Information Processed Through Google Workspace APIs

Our Service uses Google Workspace APIs in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.

  • Only the specific range explicitly selected by the user within the add-on is transmitted to our server for processing.
  • The transmitted data is used solely to perform the requested functionality and is not stored permanently.
  • Access to the transmitted data is strictly limited and may occur only under the following restricted and necessary circumstances:
    • To troubleshoot and resolve critical service errors
    • To verify potential security threats or abnormal activity
    • When the user explicitly requests technical support requiring access
    • To validate service functionality as part of minimal maintenance checks
    • To ensure stability during system upgrades or feature improvements
  • Administrators cannot view, access, or modify user data outside these limited cases.
  • The Service cannot access, read, or modify any part of a document other than the user-selected range.
  • Any data stored temporarily is deleted immediately upon user request.

2. How We Use Information

Collected information is used for the following purposes:

  • Managing user accounts and subscription plans
  • Providing and personalizing Service features
  • Responding to inquiries and providing customer support
  • Processing payments and billing
  • Ensuring functionality, stability, and improvement of the Service
  • Identifying and resolving errors

We do not use data for advertising, profiling, or AI/ML model training.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not store full payment information and do not share it with any other parties.

4. Data Retention

  • Information is retained only for the minimum period required to deliver the Service.
  • If a user requests deletion, the relevant data will be removed immediately.
  • If applicable laws require certain retention periods, we will comply.

5. Compliance with Google API Limited Use

We fully comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements:

  • Google user data is used only to provide the requested Service functionality
  • Data is not used for advertising or shared with third parties (except essential processors)
  • Data is not used for profiling or AI/ML training
  • Data is not stored longer than necessary and is deleted upon request
  • Access to data is strictly limited and monitored

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may exercise the following rights at any time:

  • Access your personal information
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Request restriction of processing
  • Withdraw consent
