1. Information We Collect

1) Account and Billing Information

We may collect the following information for account management and subscription processing:

  • Email address
  • Subscription and entitlement information (for example: plan type, activation/expiry dates, transaction identifiers)

Payment information is collected and stored by third-party payment processors (for example, Lemon Squeezy). We do not directly store full payment card details on our servers.

2) Usage, Diagnostics, and Log Data

To improve reliability and support, we may collect technical data such as:

  • Feature usage events
  • Browser/environment data
  • Error logs and operational logs

Depending on the context, logs may include metadata needed to diagnose issues (for example: timestamps, request identifiers, spreadsheet/sheet identifiers, sheet names, range names, and error messages). We aim to minimize what is logged.

3) Information Processed Through Google Workspace APIs

Our Service uses Google Workspace™ APIs in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.

The Service accesses and processes only the spreadsheet data within the specific ranges you explicitly select in the add-on in order to perform the requested functionality (for example, syncing and rendering calendar views). We do not access, read, or modify any part of a document outside the user-selected ranges.

Data from user-selected ranges may be transmitted to our backend services for processing and may be retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service, troubleshoot issues, or meet legal obligations. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or AI/ML model training.

Access to Google user data is strictly limited and may occur only under the following necessary circumstances:

  • To troubleshoot and resolve service errors
  • To investigate potential security incidents, fraud, or abuse
  • When you explicitly request technical support that requires access
  • To comply with applicable laws or enforce our policies

2. How We Use Information

Collected information is used for the following purposes:

  • Managing user accounts and subscription plans
  • Providing and personalizing Service features
  • Responding to inquiries and providing customer support
  • Processing payments and billing
  • Ensuring functionality, stability, and improvement of the Service
  • Identifying and resolving errors

We do not use data for advertising, profiling, or AI/ML model training.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use third-party processors to operate parts of the Service, such as:

  • Payment processing and subscription management (for example, Lemon Squeezy)
  • Webhook verification and request routing (for example, Cloudflare Workers)
  • Google services required to run the add-on and related infrastructure (for example, Google Apps Script and Google Workspace APIs)

These providers process information on our behalf for the purposes described in this Policy and are subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (such as accounting and tax requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize information as required and feasible, subject to legal obligations.

6. Compliance with Google API Limited Use

We fully comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements:

  • Google user data is used only to provide the requested Service functionality
  • Data is not used for advertising or shared with third parties (except essential processors)
  • Data is not used for profiling or AI/ML training
  • Data is not stored longer than necessary and is deleted upon request
  • Access to data is strictly limited and monitored

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may exercise the following rights at any time:

  • Access your personal information
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Request restriction of processing
  • Withdraw consent

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updates will be posted on this page, and significant changes may be communicated via email.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
