Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between Powder Pixel (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and you, the individual or entity using our Google Sheets™ add-on, Flow Manager (“Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

1. Eligibility and Google Account Requirements
- You must have an active Google Account to use the Service.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your Google Workspace environment permits installation and use of third-party add-ons.
- If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Description of the Service
The Service is a Google Sheets™ add-on designed to help you manage project data and keep calendar-style views up to date within Google Sheets™.
The Service uses Google Workspace™ APIs and processes only the specific ranges you explicitly select within the add-on.
The Service does not access or modify any other part of your documents.
3. License
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Sell, rent, or distribute the Service
- Interfere with the Service’s normal operation
- Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or Google’s policies
4. Subscription and Payment
Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription.
Payments and subscriptions are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for this Service. By subscribing, you agree to Lemon Squeezy’s Terms of Service.
Subscription fees may be charged on a recurring basis depending on the plan you choose.
Subscriptions are tied to the Google Account used at the time of purchase and cannot be transferred to another account.
5. Refunds and Cancellation
1) User-requested refunds
You may request a full refund within 15 days of the initial purchase. After 15 days, refunds are generally not provided unless required by applicable law. Refunds are processed in accordance with our policy and Lemon Squeezy’s refund guidelines.
2) Refunds due to service discontinuation
If we are no longer able to provide the Service, we will issue a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription.
3) Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Except for the refund scenarios described above, payments already made are non-refundable.
6. Privacy and Data Processing
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected and processed.
By using the Service, you consent to the data practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.
You retain all rights to the content in your spreadsheets. You grant us a limited right to access, process, transmit, and (if necessary) temporarily store the data within the ranges you select, solely to provide and support the Service.
7. Use of Google Workspace APIs
The Service relies on Google Workspace™ APIs. We follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
We ensure that:
- Only the data ranges you explicitly select are sent to our server for processing.
- Data is used solely to provide the functionality you request.
- We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or AI/ML model training.
- We cannot access or modify any unselected portions of your document.
- Temporary data is retained only as long as necessary and deleted upon request.
Access to user data is strictly limited and may occur only in the following situations:
- Troubleshooting and resolving critical service issues
- Investigating potential security incidents
- When you explicitly request technical assistance
- To comply with applicable laws or enforce our policies
8. Service Availability and Modifications
We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the Service at our discretion.
We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or data loss that may occur.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
9. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and Google’s Acceptable Use Policy
- Avoid interfering with or misusing the Service
- Maintain the security of your Google Account
- Ensure that any data you upload or transmit is lawful and appropriate
You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be:
- Free from errors or interruptions
- Compatible with all environments
- Corrected for every defect
- Suitable for your specific purposes
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, business, or profits
- Any amount exceeding the fees you paid in the previous 12 months
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
- You violate these Terms
- Harmful or abnormal activity is detected
- System maintenance or security requires it
- Subscription payments fail and remain unpaid
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, software, materials, and features of the Service are owned by us or our licensors.
No rights are granted except those explicitly stated in these Terms.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or losses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Any infringement of third-party rights
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Korea, regardless of conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Republic of Korea.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as needed. Significant updates may be communicated via email or within the Service.
Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
